Cat Litter Casserole
(much like the Cat Litter Cake)
For added touch, serve in a “NEW” cat litter pan
Ingredients:
Cat Poop
1 cup Bisquick
1 cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
1 pound ground beef
Cat Litter
2 cups long-grain rice
3-3/4 cups water
2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
Directions:
Dumps:
In a bowl, mix together Bisquick, grated Cheddar Cheese
and ground beef until well blended. Form into various sized small cat poop. Place the cat poop in an ungreased baking pan,
careful that they do NOT touch each other. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until
the cat poops are brown, firm and slightly crusty. When cooked, remove from oven and gently place
the cat poops on paper towels to drain.
Litter:
In a large saucepan, add the rice, water, salt and butter
or margarine. Cook on high heat until the water comes to a
boil. Turn
to low heat, stirring continuously until the mixtures
reaches a simmering stage. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes (do not lift
the lid). When
cooked, fluff up the rice with a fork and set aside. (There should not be any water).
Assembling the casserole:
Use a rectangle cake pan (or a brand new cat litter
pan) and pour in the rice. Carefully insert cat poop inside the rice so
it can’t be seen. Leave some of the cat poops partially uncovered
(like you would see in a cat litter box).
